Do you offer Kids Bikes & Equipment?We offer kids trailers & tandems. We currently do not offer rental services for kids' bikes. We look forward to expanding our offerings in the future.

Where can I ride?Depending on where your located there is many options for bike riding. Please reference our Where To Ride page for maps and information. We do recommend you keep on sidewalks and off main highways as much as possible. Riding between different towns is not permitted. Ex. Princeville to Hanalei

What times can I get my bikes delivered?We currently offer two delivery & pickup windows. 10:00AM - 12:00PM & 3:00PM - 6:00PM.

Do you offer Road Bikes & Mountain Bikes?Not at this time.

Can I use a bike as my main form of transportation around the island?Unfortunately not at this time. We do not permit any riding on Kuhio Highway or Kaumualii Highway (Kauai's main roads for going between towns). This is due to the lack of shoulders and bike lanes along with sometimes extreme & unpredictable road conditions.

What happens if there is a mechanical issue with the bike during my rental period?If you have a mechanical issue with your bike rental during your rental period you can expect a replacement bike in 24 hours or less.

Do you offer any guided bike tours along with rentals?We don't offer guided tours at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?We require a credit card for payment. This card will pay for your rental & any damages.

Do you provide locks or other security accessories with the bike rental?We do! All bike rentals will include Locks, Helmets, & Baskets. Locks are required when bikes are left unattended.

Are there any additional charges for delivery and pickup?All deliveries are fees are included with your rental regardless of the quantity of bikes rented.

What areas do you deliver bikes to?We deliver bikes all over Kauai. However some of the best places to ride can be found on our where to ride page.
