Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to tour departure will be charged at the full price of your reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to tour departure will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made outside of the 48-hour cancellation policy are subject to a full refund. Hawaiian Wahine Inc. DBA Surfside Cycles reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. In these events, full refunds will be offered. Please check your booking information carefully to ensure that all information is correct and that we have answered all your questions.  No Shows will also be charged at full reservation price.
